I frequently travel on the train for 3 hour journeys each way so I wanted a portableDVDplayer to stop me being bored rigid. I happily chose the Shinco 1731A portableDVDplayer for the following reasons
1) The seven inch model was small, easily portable but the colour ActiveMatrix TFT screen didn't seem too small when watching films on the train. THe screen also has a 400:1 contrast ratio giving really clear pictures.
2) I wanted a multiregion portableDVDplayer so I could use all formats (1-6). This DVDplayer also plays other formats, including DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+RW, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, JPEG and Kodak Picture CD.
