This little heater is really efficient for its size. I bought it because my kitchen is large and I do not have any radiators fitted in here. Unfortunately due to wanting an America fridge freezer, I had to remove the kitchen radiator on one of the walls in order for it to fit in. I thought that the kitchen would be warm from cooking anyway or the heat from the dining room would travel though. Unfortunately it was still really cold in the kitchen and I needed some form of heat. I bought a freestanding heater to discretely warm the room and take the chill out of the air. I chose this one because it was really small and came with good recommendations from a friend.

==TOASTY==

The heater is small and very light. It only stands at 45 cm high so it can be discretely tucked away in corners. The design of the heater means that there are five vents on top of the heater that allows the heat to disperse around the room. Most little electric heaters such as this are oil filled; this one is not filled with oil so in a matter of seconds it gets quite hot. There is a thermostat at the side of the heater that allows you to control the temperature and above this is an on switch. This switch glows red when the heater is on. Another safety feature includes an overheat shut off so if the heater gets too hot, it automatically turns itself off. The lead to the plug is quite short so you either need an extension lead or you need to position it near a plug socket. There are two light sturdy feet that the heater sits on. These are quite long and big enough to not leave any imprints on the lino. We have the softest lino in the world and the smallest of heels tends to cause little holes in it! We usually have to quite careful what we put on the floor. When we first bought the heater we had it stood on an off cut of old carpet but we soon realised we didn’t need it, it is really light.

I personally find the heater really warm and efficient at heating. It warms up really quickly and for its size it stays warm and really helps take the chill out of the air. The thermostat does not need to be turned on full for the heater to start heating the room. My small kitchen only needs the heater on halfway to keep the room at a decent temperature. The best thing about the heater is that it is small so once we have escaped the horrid winter it can be stored easily in the cellar without taking up too much room. The size also helps as my kitchen is small, I can easily work around this little thing.

==OVERALL==

This heater can be bought for around the fifty pound mark and I think we paid £54.00 for it. For such a small heater 700W of heat is very powerful and it is a highly efficient machine. It makes relatively no noise at all and I am very content with it, I would recommend it to all.

Handy review although knowing if its a convector type or fan heater would be extra useful.
