I ordered a 100kg standard weight set which i realized was the wrong product. I called to cancel my order in the morning and ended up talking with a lady who re-assured my that the order was cancelled in the warehouse and that my money would be refunded shortly. Well after numerous emails and phone calls these people still refuse to refund my money. They have emailed me saying that it can take 5 days to refund and monies paid to them? Really!? Placed my original order for 1 box of 24 x Maximuscle Meal Bars (Dark Chocolate) and i was informed via telephone that they did not have the stock to fulfil my order. I was told that Dark Chocolate "Diet" Bars would be dispatched as an alternative, which was fine. I was actually impressed they rang me to tell me. I had a nice chat with the lady to clarify that they would be Dark Chocolate rather than Choc Orange or Choc Mint as i detest both. I ordered maximuscle promax diet (2) and maximuscle promax diet bars (2) on 3rd October 2010. According to terms and conditions of delivery it should take 1-3 working days to deliver within UK and 4-7 working days to deliver withing EU.
