If an item is actually broken, or otherwise unfit for purpose then, a sellers own terms and conditions don't really apply as the law itself takes precedence! ...

Excellent - Im so pleased i found them. Was using someone else and was paying so much more than i needed to. I dont normally write reviews, but I think these guys are great at what they do. I bought from them via their amazon market place site, though they have their own.
I bought lots of jiffy bags at such a great rate, not problems with ordering and even got the goods by lunchtime the next day, thats what online shopping should be about!
A very happy and now repeat customer ...
