Day late, wrong product, indifferent customer service

Advantages: Good selection, prices
Disadvantages: Poor customer service, quality control, use of Yodel for deliveries

Do not use Laptops Direct!!

Advantages: found a decent laptop supplyier
Disadvantages: had to deal with laptops direct in the first place!
