A world apart!

These hour long travelogues are a world apart from the sanitised, touristy portrayals we are accustomed to on the BBC Holiday Programme and ITV's Wish You Were Here.
They show the real country, warts and all. Of course, they cannot do justice to the contents of the Lonely Planet Guide books, which are usually 400 - 500 pages of densely packed detail. They are, however, a useful series of snap snots of what a country, its flora and fauna, and most of all, its people are like.A must for anyone who intends to take a trip away from the usual beach resorts etc.
