Disadvantages: Door, Top Tray

We managed to get this dishwasher for £199 in the sale, so we bought the applicance more to do with price than anything else, but we have had no problems with it. It took us a while to realise that the top level have two levels and thats why we could not fit the plates in the bottom. We also had to tie pipe ties around the handles that hold the top level up otherwise everytime you pull the top tray out it would slip back down to the lower level. ...
...due to the covering being a sheet of alumimium, which I would not usually mind but my son can push this sheet slightly in and the noise it makes when it pops back in to shape makes you think he has damaged it, but he never has, but that might be due to the fact he get a telling off when he does it!! so he doesn't do it very often. ...I decided to buy the Baumatic because of price and warranty, which appears to be as good if not better than the competition. The specification includes adjustable legs, but please interpret this as for leveling purposes only and unlike my original one it doesn't come on stilts. ...creative in filling the 43mm gap between the top of the washer and the underside of my work surface. In fact I can't understand why it is so low. My only other grumble is the noise, none of the sites i visited mentioned the d.b., It's quite loud and at times sounds like a washing machine on a spin cycle. One Amazing Dishwasher. We bought ours some time ago and absolutely love it. The idea of 2 drawers makes so much sense and really does make a huge difference as to how often we use it and what we use it for.
