Toss away those marigolds and let the machine do the work

Advantages: Easy to use, cleans the dishes well and look neat and tidy
Disadvantages: none to speak of

excelent value for money but shop around for it

Advantages: cheap and does what it supposed to do
Disadvantages: noisy

Hotpoint FDD912 G Dishwasher - mostly good!

Advantages: Super quiet, easy to use, generally very good

Stay clear of Hotpoint

Advantages: Reasonably good until it broke after 4 months
Disadvantages: Unrelilable, awful customer services from Hotpoint

...called Comet who said because Hotpoint had replaced a part it was their responsbibility, so I called Hotpoint who said it was down to Comet. I've just spent over an hour trying to get them to decide who's problem it is, being bouced backwards and forwards between the two companies.
