Price:
The RRP of this set is £99.99, we purchased ours from Toys R Us for £49.99 which was on special offer, I have checked a couple of times and this seems to be a regular offer as I have seen it at this price a few times since.
Age range:
Age range of 4years plus, although no small parts which pose a choking hazard, I would not recommend any younger as the little ones may not be able to reach it.
My Opinion:
My daughter loves Disney Princess and I thought this was an ideal addition to her collection.
Its a fantastic kitchen, my daughter has had hers for about two years, although it has now moved out of the playroom into her bedroom, I still get asked 'mummy, would you like a cup of tea?' in the morning while I am getting ready.
We have played for hours on end with this kitchen, it was lovely to watch my daughter play and using her imagination.
The accessories include plates, muffins, cookies, tea pots, tea cups, saucers, a frying pan and an egg, if you are buying, I would recommend purchasing some additional accessories to go with this, we brought a vegetable set from ELC with compliments nicely.
It does come flat packed, and it did take quite a while to build as some of the parts were quite fiddly and there was two A4 sheets of stickers to put on.
Some of the parts appear a little flimsy, for example, the shelf in the oven has fallen down a couple of times just from her putting a frying pan in, also, one of the cooker knobs fell off. although not major things, a 5 year old shouldn't really be able to pull the knobs off. Apart from that, the structure is quite sturdy, some of the kitchens can feel unsteady when the children lean against but not this. one.
Dont forget, it requires 2 x AA batteries which are not included.
Overall, I would give this 4 out of 5 stars due to the price I paid, I would not say it is worth the RRP of £100
