Disneyland Paris is the perfect weekend getaway. Spend a day or two in the park, and a day in Paris, and you have a great holiday. The Magic Kingdom is simply stunning - the amount of detail that was put into it is remarkable. Anyone who is familiar with the Florida Magic Kingdom will surely notice how much more detail and attention was put into this park. The design is more intimate, yet more spacious at the same time. The rides may have similar names, but they are unique, and quite often better than the Florida or California verions. Phantom Manor, Big Thunder Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Small World, and Space Mountain are all far better than those in any other Disney park. If visiting during the summer, plan to spend two days there, as crowds can get very heavy. The winter is a great time to visit providing you don't mind the chill. The new ImagiNations Parade is not-to-be-missed, as are most of the parades and shows. The prices are all very reasonable, although restaurants are a bit expensive, admission is a great deal - cheaper than Florida! Disneyland Paris is the perfect holiday, whether you are a family or a couple, of any age!
