Skittle's Delight Advantages: Can be thrown further than a normal toy... Disadvantages: until your dog chews the rope off ...is safe, especially not the air Kong fetch stick, let me tell you why. The Air Kong Fetch Stick first appeared in my local pet store a few years ago, around about the same time as I realised that said pet shop allowed you to take your dog along with you to shop. Skitson and I (she's a dog of many names, not all of them printable) rather got into the habit of jumping into the car and popping along to the pet store together every other week or so, ... ...she set nose on an Air Kong Fetch Stick that'd fallen down from the display above into the basket that's placed very conveniently at nose level for the average dog. Larkin (yup, still one of Skittle's 'other' names) decided once and for all that this was the toy for her (for this week anyway) and no amount of persuasion otherwise would make her change her mind. Quack quack quack.............. Advantages: Keeps my dog well amused Disadvantages: none as of yet Intro I recently found myself with £5 odds left in my Amazon account after spending some vouchers I had received. I’m not one for leaving sums lying about so I just wanted to spend it so was browsing the dog toy section. On it I found two toys, which I thought, my little precious might like. One was a goose from the Migrators range and the other was a Mallard duck from the same range. The Toy The toy itself was £2.95 or £2.75 depending on which supplier you chose. The post and packaging on both wee different but the total cost in both cases was £5.01 so I plumped for the dearer option of supplier. king of the kongs Advantages: keeps dog entertained Disadvantages: can be hard to clean ...dogs. Also available is Puppy Kong Stuffing, a reseblance of squirty cream which really keeps the dog trying. I think we paid about £7 for this which isnt too bad if you consider usage. No stitching is failing and the netting part is completely intact despite the Pig frequently scrabbling at it. dental kong rope Advantages: clean teeth Disadvantages: none This is a briliant toy as not only does it keep your dog amused but it also cleans his teeth at the same time. The rope itself is a lot softer, with a lot more strands to it than the usual rope used on dog tugger toys, this is designed to remove bits of food from your dogs teeth and to help stop plaque build up. The rope is about 14.5 inches long with a knot at each end and a rubber chewy bit in the midle. The red kong chewy bit is made of a rubber ... ...designed to help keep your dogs teeth clean and his gums health as they chew on it. Our dog isnt that interested in toys anymore now that he is old and lazy so i use the kong paste on the groves to encourage him. I have only ever seen this in a medium size but it is not small enough to be swallowed by my dog but he has managed to greak quite a few strands of the cotton on the rope.
