Silver cross kids pram, amazing gift.

Advantages: realistic, easy clean.
Disadvantages: only one slightly adjustable height

I bought this pram for my daughters third birthday and she hasn't put it down since. It is at an ideal height for her and with being able to slightly adjust the handles I believe will last her a few more years. It seems rather durable, she has put more weight than recommended into the pram yet its still here. I like it because it looks like a real mummy's pram and my daughter can pretend to take her dolls out for strolls with something realistic. ...

I Want A House With A Pink Roof!

Advantages: excellent price, comes with furniture and doll's, good quality for what you pay!
Disadvantages: tiny hinges make assembly a bit faffy.

Last year my daughter joined a new nursery and fell in love with the wooden dolls house they had. Deciding this would be a perfect Christmas present, I started having a look around. My first port of call was my old trusty, ELC. They do stock a beautiful doll's house, unfortunately it's £100 price tag was really pushing my budget, especially because the doll's and furniture weren't included and had to be bought in sets ranging from £15-£25. My quick ...
...set of doll's and the bare minimum amount of furniture to be bordering on £200. I then saw an advert on TV for a Christmas catalogue with a doll's house for just £39.99. I looked it up on the website, and was impressed with how it looked. What swung it for me in the end was that it also included a set of 4 doll's AND 5 sets of furniture, 30 pieces all together. I ordered it and it arrived a few days later. The Toy My daughters is slightly different ...

Rose Petal Cottage is the perfect home for little girls!

Advantages: Excellent for roleplay, sturdy structure and good quality.
Disadvantages: Size.

An excellent product that keeps my two little girls (aged 4 & 2 ) entertained for hours. It is very good for roleplay and development. Comes complete with cooker. Accessory packs are available separately and I think that they are worth purchasing as they add more play value to the overall product. On the negative side the cottage is quite big (although it can be packed neatly away for storage) and pricey. But I feel that it is worth paying that ...

Bye Bye Baby, Don't Cry

Advantages: Has been a wonderful companion
Disadvantages: Doesn't work, after a few years she starts to smell

Tiny Tears was one of the presents bought for my daughters' second birthday. At the time she was beginning to play with more and more toys but Tiny became one of her favourites instantly which meant they were never apart. Whether she was in the bath or on a nature walk, Tiny and my daughter Lucie would be two of the muckist pups and always in need of cleaning. The doll itself has changed over the years providing more and more realistic necessities ...
...water bottle, comb and dummy. Tiny was first introduced to the world in 1965, originally created by Palitoy but the company closed and Tonka and Hasbro took over. The doll works by filling the water bottle with water - there is a whole in the nozzel which fits into the hole in Tiny's mouth. By squeezing the water into her mouth to make it come out quicker, the doll slowly (and I mean very slowly) fills with water. The stomach can the be compressed ...

Singing Sharpay

Advantages: Does what it says
Disadvantages: none

I purchased this doll for my daughter, besides Barbie and Bratz she also loves high school musical. So when I saw this doll I could not resist. Ok my kids are spoilt but it makes me happy loll. The doll cost me £24.99p, but you can get the one that does not sing slightly cheaper around £14.99p. I wanted a different type of doll for my daughter though as she did not have any that sings. They do have a selection of characters, which she has been collecting, ...
...as she is happy. The doll comes dressed in a t-shirt and some lovely grey glitter like trousers. She does have a look of Sharpay. Although I would not say it was an exact match. I would say that would be quite impossible. The same makers of Barbie make the doll, so it is very much like a Barbie doll. She has around the same length hair as she does in the film, and my daughter brushes her hair while she has the doll singing. The doll sings a small ...
