Dolphin Bathrooms

I must admit at first when my wife wanted a new bathroom I did not think it would cost as much and take as long as it did but when you watch what is happening you can see there is a lot more work than you think there would be. Disatisfaction, disappointing. Overall wish we hadn't chosen Dolphin Level of stress, hitting boiling point Poor communication Helpful and friendly sales rep and fitter, shame about the rest!! Inconvienient, Having to ring them all the time and chasing them for answers. Non- existent customer service and after sales. I am breaking off from DIY to write this opinion for two reasons, one – my wife has just washed the kitchen floor, and I’m captive on the wrong side of the wet area, and two – the reason for my need to be wasting good un-metered off-peak surf-time on DIY, Dolphin Bathrooms. When we bought our house, one of the first rooms we wanted changing was the bathroom. I have always seen the adverts for Dolphin on the TV and love how the bathrooms look. In the Trafford Centre in Manchester there is a showroom. When we went into the showroom we were given the chance to enter a competition to win a fully fitted bathroom, we entered the competition and a few days later we had a call from Dolphin, not to say that we had one, but they were offering us a free design visit and told us they have some substansial savings. There is nothing really wrong with my bathroom but after some 25 years I am fed up with the colour scheme and there is a loose tap on the wash basin. I discussed this with my husband and he agreed that it would do with a re-vamp. We decided to get three quotes and I chose Dolphin as my first.
