An absolute shambles. Had been looking for a new bathroom for a long time, tried all the local people, and being an engineer was not happy with their insistence of subcontracting plastering, electrics and tiling to local people. Dolphin salesman insisted that all workmen were employed by the company, trained, accredited and approved to a high standard, and guaranteed by the company. Having parted with a lot of money, after a 2 hour fight of the benefits of a finance package I sat back and waited for my dream bathroom.
Being qualified in project management I did a check on the cost at a local plumbing contractor of the items purchased, and was taken aback at the cost of what was supplied, against the reluctance of the sales persons ability to quote prices for the individual items supplied. A lot of money must be made on each item.
However the day arrived, a van arrived with ************** plumbing services from ********, On discussing with Mr. X. it turns out he works for himself, and is not employed by Dolphin. Whilst at work, his mate did the tiling, now I've done a little bit over the years, but Stevie Wonder would have done better after a couple of beers, it looked like the army had done manouevres before fixing anything to the wall. I phoned customer services to stress my disappointment, and met with no interest in me as a customer. Disgraceful.
At the end of the installation I have a bathroom that is incomplete, loose taps on the bath, lies, insincerity, and dealing with a company that lie on a daily basis to their ' customers'. Please, never use this shambles of a company to renovate your bathroom.

Update on my comments below. I will be posting my review about Dolphin bathrooms soon, despite your warnings I thought I would see what they had to offer. Keep watching.

I agree with helencbradshaw (below). I am renovating my house, have not done the bathroom yet, and I get a far better deal using local professionals. Bathroom is next on my list, so thanks for your words or caution. Please tell you you didn't part with all/some of your money.
Advantages: Impressive finished product, great catalogue and TV advert, professional sales staff Disadvantages: Very expensive, sister companies featured on BBC1's Watchdog
