I have had a really bad experience with Dolphin Bathrooms (March 2008).
The quote was on the high side but I was assured that the quality was worth it.
Despite the fact that the designer/surveyor and delivery office being informed of my limited storage all of the equipment was delivery 2 1/2 week before installation (I live in a flat) which was really inconvenient.
I was assured that installation is carried out by employees of Dolphins, this is not the case the installation was done by a local plumber who done a really bad job and worked strange hours, i,e Mothering Sunday! And hassled me after the installation because he hadn't been paid as I wasn't happy with the work.
I was charged for an outside tower and for the walls and ceiling to be dry lined and skimmed this didn't happen ( I still haven't had a refund) in fact the customer service is appalling you hold forever but if you leave a message they don't call you back,
Back to the fitters I was left without a basin for the duration of the installation, I had to use a bucket to flush the loo for 2 nights and was told not to walk on the floor for 24 hours ( I only have one bathroom).
The finish was really poor some of which has now been put right but it is now November and not everything has been rectified.
Unhappy customer.
