I recently had my bathroom refurbished by Dolphin and was extremely impressed with the service I received, right from the initial sale through to the completion of the work. Their Customer Service staff were very professional and efficient and kept in touch with me every step of the way. The fitter was absolutely brilliant and transformed my dingy bathroom into a stunning wetroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he had to accommodate my work schedule, which he did without any complaints. His attention to detail was first class. I know its fashionable these days only to comment on negative experiences but I merely wanted to offset that with some positive feedback. I am airline cabin crew so understand just how difficult and demanding the general public can be. Well done Dolphin and I would not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends.

Totally agree torriglen. Complaining to other people does not solve the problem. The company needs to know if things are not going as they should in order for them to have the opportunity to put it right.

Very helpful review, unfortunately most people take excellent service for granted, prefering to indulge in negative issues.
Advantages: Impressive finished product, great catalogue and TV advert, professional sales staff Disadvantages: Very expensive, sister companies featured on BBC1's Watchdog
