The aim of the game is to look after the animals in the Aquatic park. Feed, Heal, Care for and train all of the animals. As you complete task and gain achievements you unlock more animals in the park that you become responsible for.
You can be responsible for whales, dolphins, penguins, sea turtles, sharks and many more.
When starting the game it gives you a general idea of what the games about and what missions you need to do and how to do them. Throughout the game you will meet alot of different characters on the island and you will come to understand why the children have been sent there.
The game is easy to navigate around and the stylus is used frequently to move around the island and to select animals to care for.
In my opinion children will find this game very entertaining and will play on this for hours at a time, as it becomes addictive once you start looking after the animals.
Its great value for money and one of the better ds games ive played on.

DolphinIsland is a game for the NintendoDS, where you have to look after a dolphin, teach it tricks and watch the audience's reaction. The game isn't just for children, but is likely to be of much more interest for youngsters.
You can teach the dolphins new tricks by using the stylus on the DS screen, and if these tricks are impressive then the crowd watching your dolphin's performance will rate it highly. You have to give rewards to your dolphins to encourage them to keep performing the tricks, always remembering the better the show the better the audience reaction.
Controlling the game generally is very easy and is all very easy to pick up. It's also nice to see the stylus used in the game, as some NintendoDS games don't use all the features of the machine to their full. Both display screens of the DS are used, maximising ...

As a young boy or girl you're sent to work into your Uncle's Marine Zoo as a summer job. The park is located on a tropical island but the place is in danger as a multi-national real estate company plans to wipe the park out of the map to construct a luxury hotel. To save the park the player will have to take care of the animals tame them for the entertaining shows and manage the whole park. He will learn mission per mission to love tame respect & understand the animals as well as better know the local ecosystem to save it. Dolphin Island is a game that will teach children/players how to respect animals & nature.
