The Garmin Fore runner 305 has been a life saver for me..
if you are a runner and want to track your progress, train against a vitual partner or simple see how far or fast you are running.
then i would advise you get this watch. it is light weight are to be honest when you are running you do not really realise that it is there.
i use it on every run i do. even if its just a slow recovery run then i will use the heart rate monitor , pace and distance to make sure it is slow and i am not working harder than I should be.
i would say that this is well worth the money and perfect for any runner needing a new watch for sporting purposes. ...

In November 2009 I bought a Logitech M305 wireless mouse, which cost £19.99 at Currys.
General information
Logitech was founded in 1981 in Switzerland and is a world leader in mice. The M305 wireless mouse is designed for use with laptops and is very comfortable in the hand.
It looks the same as the picture you can see on ciao website i.e. grey colour with black feature. However if you visit Logitech?s website you can see it?s available in 7 colours. I would describe the size as standard for a laptop mouse. It has a two-button design with a single scroll wheel in-between. However the palm rest is a little taller and more arched than most mice on the market.
The package is the size of a small book and easy to open. It contains a wireless mouse, a nano-receiver, an AA battery and a quick start guide.

The last time I bought a record by German rock goddess Doro Pesch, was a good few years ago when she was lead singer in the band Warlock. The years passed, and I was idly nosing round eBay and came across her last album FIGHT. "What have I got to lose?" I thought, and promptly bid for the cd and won.
When the cd arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was in fact a limited edition enhanced cd complete with two videos.
On listening to the album, I was instantly transported to a time when heavy rock WAS heavy rock, and not novelty driven drivel like a lot of the so-called heavy rock/metal bands of today.
The album opens with the title track, which builds slowly up to storm out of the speakers.
The next track Always live to win takes it up a couple of notches and truly rocks.
