Doves Farm Gluten & Wheat Free Self Raising Flour

I use Dove's Farm self raising flour for everything. I've tried other wheat free flours and other versions of Dove's Farm wheat free flours and this one definately makes the best cakes, which taste as if they were made using normal flour. I have fed my cake to friends and family and they have been unaware they were eating wheat free. Wheat free, or gluten free as this is, (although I only have a wheat allergy and not a gluten allergy) products are not something you are going to eat or use unless you are allergic, they are too expensive.
