Dr Bach`s Rescue remedy has been a blessing for my daughter this year, she suffered from severe post-natal depression and hoped to overcome it with the support of family and friends rather than using prescribed medication.

We both believe in Homeopathic remedies and often turn to the Internet for advice on herbal treatments.
We have a smaller Holland and Barrett store within easy reach and have found the staff very helpful and informative.
So armed with some knowledge gained from www.internethealthlibrary.com and assistance from the staff at Holland and Barrett,Evie decided she would try the Dr Bach Rescue Remedy.
Where prescribed medicine made Evie wary, the Rescue remedy was a safe option.

The whole idea is to choose the Bach flower remedy that is a suitable match for how you may feel.
There are 5 types to choose from, they are listed below :

The Star of Bethlehem helps you to be able to recover from fear and trauma in your everyday life.
Cherry Plum : To help trust you own wisdom and folllow you own path.
Impatiens : to teach empathy and pateince.
Rock Rose : To help panic or terror.
Clematis : To help clarity and alertness.

The Star of Bethlehem seemed to be the nearest match,it helps recovery and understanding of trauma.
So Evie paid £3.75 for the 10ml bottle deciding it was well worth trying.

A little brown glass bottle with a dropper top packed into a yellow box.
We took time to read the label, which stated it was natural, safe and alcohol free.
To use you add four drops of the Rescue remedy to a glass of water, and sip at intervals throughout the day.A maximum of 16 drops in any one 24 hour period.
Evie found that she soon got into the habit of sipping the tasteless liquid.

The Star of Bethlehem (a small white flower ) essence offers help to those in distress, emotional despondency and despair.
Detailed information about all of the herbs and flowers used in the Bach Rescue Remedies can be read at www.healingherbs.co.uk.
