You can also goto there web site and download patches and lists of new viruses. I would recomend this to most people.

Advantages: excellent detection rate, well designed Disadvantages: pricey, takeover by mcafee may cause problems
Dr. Solomons has been, by far the best Anti-virus product I've ever used. It ALWAYS finds the viruses, unlike all of the products I've used previously.
The software is pricey, but they've released a "Home Guard" version of the software now which has less of the additional functionality, making the price drop to about £30.
The only thing that may well ruin this software is it's recent takeover by McAfee - the product which I stopped using because ...

this is by far the best product to beat off viruss on your computer. it is ideal for people who receive a lot of emails and are unsure of the source. keep daily checks on your computer, and this baby will find the virus and destroy it in time before it spreads around your hard disk. by far the greatest anti virus product and it is not that expensive to buy. installation is easy, and it can be used on any computer. definetely buy it if you dont want ...
