Finally Dragon Quest officially in the UK. If you've never heard of Dragon Quest i'm not suprised. If you have seen this game don't let the who cute appearance and style fool you this is a very good game. It is very simple no complex menu or level up system just basic battle and level up. The random battles aren't as frequent as some RPG's and you can sometimes clear a room without battling. The level up system offers a basic stats system plus you earn skill points which will increase weapon skills and earn you new moves. It may bee to cute for some gamers but for people who are looking for a good game that offers you a decent life span I would definetly recommend this game.
The story is that the king has been cursed and you are tracking down the guy who did it in order to turn, in classic RPG style the bad guy takes control of the kingdom and starts wreaking hovok. If you shop around, I know play.com had a deal for £24.99 (delivered) you may find a good bargain best bet would be ebay in about 3 months. As this game isn't going to be too popular I don't think it will be round for long. I rekon though if you can wait six months you may pick it up for under £20. It definetly will appeal to the younger gamer more than adult especially some aspects of the story, but it grows on you.
