Advantages: Made me read the book before hand which was a wonderful read.
Disadvantages: Very disappointing film that has nothing on the book.

I saw the ads for this film early on and ordered the book from Play.com It may possibly have been the best desicion I have made in a long while. The book was so brilliant that I kind of new what I was letting myslef in for at the cinema. It was a luke warm film, very sparse in it's storyline and frankly not great.
