I have recently purchased the Charmed Series 1 DVD box set off eBay. My purchase was an item that I had wanted for a very long time, but had put off buying because when it came out it was so expensive - £39.99 for six DVDS. What can I say. Desperate Housewives is a great piece of TV, polished as only US shows can be. This DVD set is tremendous value and I thoroughly recommend it. Seeing the series now on DVD, I can follow the sometimes abstruse and teasing plot lines which sometimes lost me when I watched on TV only every week.
