Advantages: WILL SAVE YOU MONEY!!! Disadvantages: COST!!!
or wait for them to charge! But wait... £20? EACH? if you have 4 controllers that amounts to £80!!! They are worth having as over time you will spend more on batterys.
Its not all bad news though. I managed to get 2batterypacks off of ebay for £6 each!!! i may have got lucky but internet shopping is cheap so i suggest looking around the internet and if none of this suits you save your self money by trading in your wireless controllers for the standard wire ones!

Advantages: easy to use, great value for money, can be used during gameplay, USB connection Disadvantages: cannot be charged from the mains
usually insert the 4batteries into. The batterypack comes with a grey wire which plugs directly into the flat outer side of the batterypack and connects via USB to the back of the Wii Console. Being a USB connection - the batterypack can also be charged by plugging it into a computer or laptop. The cable is 2metres long making it easy to keep it connected during gameplay if needed.
One of the great things about this batterypack is that it can be charged whilst plugged into the board and whilst the board is in use without interrupting game play which is fantastic if you are impatient and don't want to have to wait for the thing to charge!
We initially alternated between batteries while the batterypack was charging and then swapping between the two - but now we just use the batterypack either charging it whilst the board is in use ...
Advantages: Runs on 4 AA Batteries. Gives a lot more life to iPod. Disadvantages: Bulky
Pod accessory. I managed to watch 3 full 2 hour films on just one load of 4 AA batteries which is excellent.
I like the rubber seals on the back and it also comes with two spares. They do leave suction marks on the back shiny park of the iPod but they wipe of.
I love the way it can tell how much life the batteries have got left by the simple four green dots at the bottom which glow when the button is pressed according to how much like the batteries have.
If you are going away somewhere like on a coach trip or anything like that it is always good to have handy since it runs on AA batteries. I would recomend this over the more expensive ones since this has never let me down.
