Advantages: Very enjoyable storyline, some intense football moments, excellent characterization of young kids. Disadvantages: Very addictive.
It is very difficult for 10 year old kids to accept defeat and to understand the hardest facts of human life that not everything is achievable; we can only try our best. Kids, who grow up in a family where they are used to getting everything given to them, find it difficult to cope in the outside world. BaliRai has vividly presented this universal truth about life in such an excellent way in his book.

Advantages: Good size room, good food, friendly service, umbrellas Disadvantages: Easy to get lost!

Advantages: Delivery Time met Disadvantages: Poor after sales service
I went and bought a bed from Dreams shop after many times of viewing and testing out some beds.

I asked if I could have a refund or exchange of new bed which they claimed to offer hassle free return service, I was told that I had to pay an extra £500. At this point I felt overawed and outraged having paid £700 for a brand new bed to pay an extra £500 to have an exchange of bed. I felt that the level of customer service in dealing with this problem of mine to be a big let down for the company. The delivery time was stated as three weeks and they did at least ...
