...have the latest version of Mitsumi CD writers, the Mitsumi 4804 TU external USB cd-writer, and so far it has been pretty good. It is fast and accurate, about 15 mins for an average job, however, even on my fast PC it is a bit tempramental when you burn straight from one CD to another, so you need to make a hard disc copy first. ...to the ear, unfortunatly the AOpen 956E does not provide this, in my oppion the device is noisy and sounds like its ripping your disc appart, but if sound is not on your buying list this product is a good cheap alternative to other brands or as a replacement.
