MyCD simply asks you to put in your disk, asks you if you are making an audio CD, or a data CD, then you can simply drag and drop your files into the main window. ...what you would expect of sony although the headphone do hurt my ears alittle As this is a couple of years old now there are far quicker external writers available. Yamaha was recommended to me as the best brand in CDwriters. So I ended up buying a 4260. This is a six speed read, four speed write and two speed rewrite drive. Pleasently styled. It was simple enough to configure but sadly the drive was not solid in operation. There seemed to be numerous problems at first configuring software for the drive. Even when it was successful it wasn't as the CDs it made weren't exactly good readers on other CDROM drives. ...

...package consists of the drivers, HP MusicMatch Jukebox, HP CD-Labeller, Print Shop Multimedia Organiser and Sonic Foundry's Acid Music, I haven't ever felt the need to use any of this software except for the drivers. The drive is very quiet, it doesn't make the horrible clunky noises that some drives make.
