After a long and anxious search for the "right" coffee machine, we eventually opted for the Dualit. I have to say we were somewhat swayed by its looks, it is so shiny and solid, we just felt confident it would be reliable too. The crunch was, of course, using it.
The first time we used it we were fairly confused as the instructions did not seem to adopt a common sense approach, but once you get it into your head how to use ... ...the machine heats up in record speed - well from our experiences anyway - and the coffee is delivered quickly and efficiently - and it tastes excellent. The milk frother is such a bonus too as it is up to heat within seconds - this is such an advantage.
I think it is only fair to say that a friend of mine had one of these before me, and she was not happy with it, and felt the coffee came out too slowly, but this has been far from my ... more

The water tank holds plenty, the machine heats up in record speed - well from our experiences anyway - and the coffee is delivered quickly and efficiently - and it tastes excellent. The milk frother is such a bonus too as it is up to heat within seconds - this is such an advantage.
