As our previous beater/ mixer had been around for about 20 years or so, it was clear that its life expectancy was rather reduced.
Smoke and heat generated by the same mixer when asked to beat anything thicker than water, was another give-away sign.
In such circumstances, some wives may decide to go out and buy themselves ... ...There was wide consensus that Dualit really are among the best.
A few hours watching UKTV's Food programmes served to underscore the same fact - all those top chefs are using Dualit mixers - they must be good ?

...chef and I use my Dualit on a regular basis. I am certain that this is the best mixer around as I have used many and none have matched the quality and durability of this one. I am also certain becuase this mixer is the one that always appears on Ready Steady Cook and top chefs would only ever use top equipment.
The drawback of this product is the price, they don't come cheap. One of these is likely to set you back around £40 but it my opinion they ... ...blender is in cream. This colour is very appealing becuase it matches most kitchens. It is also very easy to clean. A simple wipe over will make this mixer as good as new.
The wind up chord on the mixer makes it possible to put the machine away easily and tidily. The worst thing is lots of chords hanging out of your kitchen cupboards. With this mixer, when you put it away, it is right away.
