Advantages: Picture quality and clarity. Price for the general public is excellent compared to competitors Disadvantages: Sound is fairly average but only to music buffs like me.
As an ex employee of the Samsung shop I got to take a few home over the years, for family and friends at discounted rates. They basically wanted us to be able to tell a potential customer who came into the shop first hand experience, which is why I'm writing this now.
The main benefit of the Samsung LE-40B620R is the picture clarity. The frame rate is excellent especially during those films when it is dark such as a horror film. The blacks are deep and it sucks you in. This is where the brightness of the colours stands out compared to the market sister TV from LG.
It may seem biased, but I would take a Samsung over any other main manufacturer. Sony and Philips are just brand names who command high prices without concentrating on quality. Samsung and indeed LG (in most cases) deliver the goods at an affordable price.

As a game which came free with the Wii console, 'Wii Sports' had little to prove - a title designed to show off the ingenious controls of the new machine, which at times meant that it felt like a bit of a glorified tech-demo. The sequel 'Wii Sports Resort' is tied in with the release of MotionPlus - the little white box that plugs into the bottom of the Wii controller, offering much more accuracy and finesse of controls - but does the game make the most of the new technology, or is it a missed opportunity?
Set on the tropical island of 'Wuhu', Sports Resort allows you to compete in twelve different sporting disciplines, each one designed to push your skill and co-ordination to the max. Advantages: A great game which has some good multiplayer options!! Disadvantages: A little pricey with an RRP of £50.
Wii Sports Resort
This is a new game which was introduced last year to bring in the new Nintendo Wii controller adapters the Wii Motion plus which gives more control over the movement in the Wii games which are played on the console.
The game Wii Sports resort is a second game to the original Wii Sports game, which came with most of the Wii consoles when they first came out, in fact they may have come with all the Wii consoles!
Wii Sport resort comes with one controller adapter, which isn?t much good considering a lot of the games are two player?some of which can ONLY be played two player!
The game itself though is great value for money, it has an RRP of £49.99, this is for the game and the controller adapter (see my review previous to this on the controller itself!), but of course prices vary depending on where you shop ...
