Advantages: value for money cinema surrondings Disadvantages: none
...Last year we decided to upgrade from a video player/recorder to a durabrand DVD Player. We wanted one that was cheap, a good value for money and not too hard to use.
We bought it from ASDA and it came with an instruction manual, a remote, batteries for the remote, a scart lead and of course the DVD Player itself. The instuction manual tells you everything you need to know about this DVD Player with a trouble shooting page.
The instruction manual is easy to use and follow and gives you info such as how to repeat play and MP3 disc operation ect.
It only cost £20 pound and when I turned it on for the first time I expected it to be as bad as my video player, but it wasn't. It was ten times better.
The DURABRAND DVD 2007 plays:
>DVD VIDEOS
>ALL AUDIO CDS
>MP3 RECORDED DISCS
>CD-R & CD-RW DISCS
>JPEG PHOTO DISCS
The DVD player also has...

Advantages: Good PQ and Sound and easy to follow instructions Disadvantages: Nothing, considering the price.
...Early 2006, my Grandma wanted a cheap DVD Player so she could let my younger sister watch dvd's (aswell as her self!). Went to look a few few websites and seen a Toshiba for £29.99, but then decided to try ASDA... When i went to look for a DVD Player in ASDA they had this (the Durabrand 2005). And it was under £20, so i got it for my Grandma.
Included in the Box was the instructions, scart lead, remote control, batteries for the remote and ofcourse the DVD Player itself. So it was just a case of plugging the scart lead into the TV and turning it (and the tv!) on. So set up was simple and straight forward.
Put Scooby Doo in to test sound and picture quality, considering the price i wasn't expecting much.
But the sound that comes from the player is very good, as is the picture quality.
This DVD Player has Home Cinema connections aswell...

Advantages: Reliable, cheap, anti skip system Disadvantages: Limited uses when compared to newer products
...The Durabrand CD855 was a gift to me and like all gifts I appreciate them ... I mean who doesn't right. When I first saw it I was immediately impressed with the look and slim sleek design of the modal but I have learnt the hard way never to judge a book by its cover. Now with this CD player it is a bit old but still I think it is a good product to use even today. In the past my CD players either skip when I am running or there durability isn't really good. But for me personally I haven't found this to be the case with this modal. I usually go running with this is my pocket and I found it very steady and I feel very comfortable with it in my pocket. Also I have found that t doesn't skip and especially when I am running with it the quality is still there. I have to say I prefer to use this for running because in the past I have used mp3...
