I have been bodybuilding for a few years now, i only take one supplement and that is whey protein to get in protein in the morning and late at night when i cant stand chicken or tuna. Its a quick and easy way to get extra protein into an athletes diet. The most important factors for me are price, taste and the calorie content. This product is cheap, tastes great and low calorie per serving. I have bought countless amounts of Dymatize whey. Its a good price, lots of flavours and low calorie. I have tried chocolate, apple, berry, orange and fudge and they are all nice and mix up easy. I have bought this for friends as well and they agree with me. Good Price and Some Good Flavours

Disadvantages: doesn't have aminogen , some flavours not good at all

I've had the Rich Choc / Choc Fudge and Butter Cream Toffee Flavours. I find Dymatize whey to be good value for money with some good tasting flavours available. Choch Fudge and Rich Choc taste good but definitely avoid the toffee flavour, it has a very chemical like taste and is too sweet. The powder mixes very easily and the 5lb tubs are usually on offer and you can pick up 2 tubs for around £53 online. 1 Serving gives around 23g protein which is ok, and it contains virtually no carbs which is what you will want from most powders. The product is primarily whey isolate too which is easily absorbed and less harmful to the stomach than whey concentrate. Ultimately Dymatize whey is great for immediately post-workout and tastes ok in milk or water. ...
