Dynamode KVM-4010 - KVM switch - 4 ports - desktop

A disappointing product. Requires either 3 or 4 hot key keystrokes to move between the PCs connected to the KVM switch. Very noisy bleep every time you switch between PCs. The supplied PC cables (a plus I thought when buying) only have a 15 pin din socket at the switch end; with both mouse and keyboard connections wired into the male socket; so you have to use the supplied cables. The deal breaker, though was a connection to a IBM laptop would not work at all. The laptop has USB only keyboard and mouse connections. The converter cable I use with my current switch works fine, but when connected to the 4010 cable, characters typed at the keyboard are either lost altogether or delayed for many seconds. less ... more
