...If you read my review about Virgin Media, then you will realise why I am writing this review. I was on a Linksys Wireless Router which was a great all rounder, but since upgrading my Virgin Services to a V+ Box my Linksys has become obselete and I have had to re-invest (at no cost to me, see my Virgin Media review) in a Dynamode Wireless Router which is compatiable with my new modem.
My Dynamode was delivered, and after reading the instructions I was up and running in less than three minutes, good or what.

After 16 months of use, my BT voyager 210 router exhibited symptoms of failing i.e. intermittent loss of connection, slow download speed even the ADSL line is clear. I bought this ADSL2/2+ modem from Amazon at £24.99 (good value) for my ADSL connection (I am not with ADSL2 yet) and this router confirmed that my BT voyager router was
on its last leg. After installation, the download speed was back to usual.

In the box it comes with the wireless modem, DC adaptor, microfilter (only one, if you have >1 phone socket in the house, buy more), an ADSL telco cable, an Ethernet/CAT5 patch cable, a CD-ROM (contains only the electronic quick installation guide and a 'must-read' user manual) and a one page, double-sided quick installation guide.

...to two or three different brands. I use a Belkin USB adaptor on the other PC and this works very well, it cost me around £22 just over a year ago, so this was one of my options for consideration.
I have also previously used a 3-com device, in fact my router/modem is from 3-com and it has given me excellent service, so this was another device for consideration on my list.
The third that I shortlisted was from Dynamode and this was the cheapest of the lot at just over £9 online from Savastore (http://www.savastore.co.uk).
As I already had experience of the other two devices and I am constantly trying to find new products which I can recommend to my clients, I decided to try the Dynamode.
