Disadvantages: Similar to other DW games. Too repetitive

The DW series is possibly my favourate on the PS 2. It is set in ancient china when battles were furious and emporers were Gods. It follows the stories of 3 armies, Wu, Shu and Wei, fighting for ownership of China. It has great storylines and the gameplay is addictive. Once i started playing i have trouble turning it off. There are hundreds of things to do on the game, the new Destiny Mode allowing you to start fresh and work your own soldier up ...
...of hours of gameplay. Unfortunately there is not alot you can change with 6+ games on the same subject. People may find that once they have one of the earlier versions, DW5 Xtreme Legends is too repeptitive (apart from the better graphics and slight changes). I started with this one and love it. Dynasty Warruiors 5 is a lot better than the other Dynasty warriors but i think that thie game has got a lot better graphics and more charicters and plus the generals and bosses are a lot more difficult and not only that but the story lines are better as well. You have got more and improved items and weapons. and you can play as the charters that you coldnt in the old ones. but the price is aqbout 20 to 30 quid and its for the PS2 only but you ...
