ive had two dyson hoovers now and i think they are the best hoovers on the market they are so powerfull you can see the carpet lift slightly when you use them i am happy with this dysonive had it for just over a year now and it is still as power full as ever i dont think it will last another year because it cuts out when i have turned on for to long...(over heating i think)
they seem to fall apart quite easily to, the first dyson hoover i had was the dyson dc04 that last about 2 years then just stopped working..burnt out.
but with all that in mind i still will buy a new dyson every time i nee a new one there cleaning power is amazing ive never seen any other hoover with such power

Im not a fan of bagless cleaners in general though I have used many at work; Im not a fan of Dyson having gone through 2 models due to filtration, motor and belt problems. I went for a Sebo professional cleaner which comes in at the same price youre spending. A lot more detail about this cleaner and the problems you have incurred would certainly be helpful to anyone in the market. However if I was to spend £220 again I know it wouldnt be on a Dyson.. its a terrible waste of money having to spend that every two years. Nar

I'm not really a fan of bagless cleaners. When emptying, I end up with more dust over me than in the bin! lol I certainly wouldn't pay £220 for a vacuum cleaner that falls apart after a few years usage. I'd tell Dyson you want it replacing with a new one. Good op! Ciao for now - J

I have had mine for some time now and it is still as good as ever. Maureen
