....Unless you like having something to moan about! EVERYTHING breaks or snaps or grinds to a halt on this machine. I have not 'Overused' it, but am now on my FOURTH hose/handle assembly. Don't get me wrong - I phone Dyson and get a new part in a few days by post, but I'd rather they just didn't split. Had a new main body assembly, various tools, filter holder etc etc - and once even had a nice man come from dyson to replace the motor (the smell of burning rubber and the sound of screaming....) Like I said - the customer service at Dyson is impeccable, and they have always been quick with replacements - but the sheer fact that they handle it so well says to me that the have had a LOT of experience in the replacement of broken parts - or is that just me being cynical?
