The dyson comes with instructions, warranty card, accessory leaflet and three additional attachments, a crevice tool, a soft brush tool and stair tool all of which store handily on the hoover body. ...an original Dyson. The original Dyson eventually broke after a year and a half. I went to my local Vac Centre who advised me that it would be cheaper to buy a new one rather than fix it. This Dyson has a bin instead of a bag which is wonderful, whenever it gets full you just detached from the machine by pressing a button, walk to the nearest bin, pull the lever and the bottom opens up to release the waste. When I bought my Dyson DC07 upright vacuum cleaner earlier this year it was to replace my Dyson DC07 full gear. There was no problem with my 2 year old Dyson, just my mam wanted it! I went to my local Currys store and was told that Dyson now offer a 5 year parts and labour warrenty instead of the old two year one, also that Currys can cover them for accidental damage for £1 a month direct debit. For a pound a month for a £180 cleaner I was very impressed!! ...
...this was because my new Dyson was preassembled at the factory. So as I added the tools to the handy holders pointed out in the manual I decided this was much better than assembling them myself as it is necessary to do with the vast majority of vacuums (Vax been one of the worst culprits.) My Dyson is two years old. DC 07 (Animal Model Silver and purple) I would have to say there are more disadvantages than not. The tools, fall off easily, the beater brush rolls everything up in it and must be disassembled and the hair and threads cut and pulled from the bristles about every third time I vaccume. It has rolled up so many things and been cleaned out so many times, I am now having trouble getting the beater bar to stay engaged. Would I pay $500.00 plus for this machine again? NOPE.

I purchased my Dyson DC07 Animal about four years ago, it was purchased to replace an original DC01 which I was really pleased with, so pleased that when I damaged the machine (I fell down the stairs with it) I replaced it with the DC07. My DC07 cost approximately £350. Initially, I was just as pleased with the DC07, it did everything it said it would. ...pleas from very early ownership Dyson would not replace the machine. The warranty eventually ran out but the problems stayed. The motor was replaced early last year, free of charge (as a gesture of good will), but alas after only six months there are more issues - it just won't pick up.
