The dyson DC15 is grey and yellow and the compartment where it keeps everything is clear so it is easy to see when it needs emptying. It has little holders on it to keep the attachments which is fantastic as you can't loose them.
When using this hoover it really is amazing though, it sucks up everything in seconds, after only hoovering my front room it was full and had to be emptied because there was so many dog hairs ... more

The old hoover was fine up until then, so I decided to get a new one which was from argos and said 'great for pets' which cost around £80 which I thought was very expensive at the time so bought it regardless. This hoover still didn't pick up the hairs. I'd given up by this point and was saving up for laminate flooring as I thought if a hoover which was made for pets didnt work then what would but luckily for me my friend was moving away and getting rid of everything including her dyson DC15 so she give me it.

The lead for it is very long so you don't have to keep unplugging it to get to other places further away. Due to all the attachments you can hoover in the smallest gaps you can find with ease. The hoover is very easy to move around and doesnt drag on the carpet or anything. There are no messy bags to empty which cost extra money so once you've bought the hoover there are no more money needs for it (and it also saves you electricity bills as now I don't need to hoover daily too)
This really is the best hoover I have ever used although the price is steep I now Know it is worth it, as they last such a long time and work brilliently. I now recommend this hoover to everyone and alot of my family have purchased it and also love it. It is now available from argos for £220 which is a good price and it is worth the money.
Advantages: All floor cleaning, ease of emptying, bagless, no suction loss. Disadvantages: Cost, some potentially vulnerable components, hose reach is less than older models.

When people question what else can they do to improve the relatively unchanged vacuum cleaner to improve its functionality and performance, it seems that Dyson has yet again stepped up to the challenge and incorporated a clever unseen concept in its design. You could say they have taken the wheel and have gone ... ...reliable vacuum compared to earlier Dyson models. As a relatively new company in terms of age you can only assume that they have learnt from their "mistakes". If you visit their website it is only too apparent what extensive testing that goes into all their products with video demonstrations showing simulated repeat use of certain components and impact testing. Still if this doesn't reassure you enough retailers only seem too happy to extend warranties ...

The Dyson DC15 is a fantastic upright hoover. The revolutionary addition is "the ball" - this means that the hoover has a ball at its core instead of the usual wheels. This makes it super easy to manoeuvre and gets rid of the need to use a back and forth action. It promises to speed up the cleaning for you - and I must say - it really does! The ball does take a bit of getting used to as at first it's difficult to resist the usual way in which you ... ...The suction of the Dyson DC15 is second to none. It really lifts the dirt out of your carpets, we have 2 cats and it quickly removes their hair from our cream carpet which can look unclean very quickly.
Apparently there was an initial problem with the cleaner falling over due to the ball design. Dyson have rectified this with a guard at the back of the cleaner that can be depressed with the foot to enable the use of the ball. The guard has to be ...

Advantages: Lightness of use and suction Disadvantages: Attachments and stair cleaning
...As usual with a Dyson the tube for cleaning the stairs is tight to pull and causes the unprepared to pull over the cleaner.( I have done this even though I was watching out for it!) Suction is excellent so far but we will put this to the test as a previous Dyson from 3 years ago lost suction and could not be rectified with cleaning of the filters. This one does seem to be lifting the carpet pile and removing most of what we ask of it.We have a medium ... ...got dirty?? We had a Dyson before which constantly got clogged probably every couple of months. The cleaner still picks up well and does its job, none of the tools have failed other than one of the brushes has lost its felt coating from hard use. We are still pleased with the product and of course it is still under warranty. PLEASE NOTE That Ciao have changed the description,model and colour of this vacuum which makes no sense at all. Brilliant!
The new Dyson DC15 its actually fun to use! The Ball is fantastic. I cant believe Im actually enjoying vacuuming.
I bought it to replace my very old 07 model which had taken enough abuse! Tesco online has a fantastic deal on at the moment, but I dont know when it will end, they are offering £100 off making it £218.97. This was the cheapest I could find after researching online for about two hours.
When it arrived it was very simple ... ...air that comes out this Dyson is cleaner than the air that goes in, which is why Im using it for everything all over the house. The ball is trule brilliant, the hoover twists and turns so its very easy to push and get into all areas. I have carpets, vinyl flooring and hard wood floors and the Dyson is great on all of them.
There are two wheels at the back which very cleverly fold up so you can get the Dyson into move angles and twists, its pretty ...

Advantages: Suction power , Hose length , Easy to empty , Easy to Clean Disadvantages: Beater bar gets wrapped easily with hair, directions a bit off.
The DC-15 came attractively packaged and all parts were secure and undamaged. Removing everything from the box was without hassle. The directions to assemble are mostly pictures with very little text, however after a little scratching of the head we got it put together.
To judge the machines suction we first vacuumed the entire carpet with our old Hoover Windtunnel. ( The Hoover was getting replaced as half of the plastic parts were broken and it ... ...After running the DC-15 over the carpet we were absolutely amazed at the amount of fine sediment and dog hair that came out - it blew the Hoover away. Subsequent vacuums also produced a huge amount of dirt and hair. The more we vacuum the carpet the better its starting to look. The suction of the attatchment hose is also incredible - to the point where you have to be careful if you have long hair. ( The wife got hers caught ! )
