This is the best cleaner I have ever owned. Particularly good if you are a pet owner as it copes with pet hairs and cleans well with any type floor covering. It is easy to see when it needs to be emptied and very easy to remove the dust collected.Over the years I have tried many brands of different cleaners and have never found one that could cope with pet hairs on carpets but this one excels at leaving the carpet really clean. Very easy to move though on the heavy side for carrying upstairs. Although on the pricy side it is worth it for its cleaning ability. Perhaps, on the downside, is the fact that Dyson do not have a great name for reliability though they now offer a 3 year guarantee on their cleaners.
