Dyson DC 23 Allergy

When my last Dyson Hoover died on me after 15 years as it has lasted so well I felt that it had to be a Dyson again. They are definitely worth the expense. I chose the Dyson DC23 because we wanted something more compact than the upright Dyson that we had previously. Even though it is expensive, it pays for itself over and over as it last a lot longer than other Hoovers and requires no bags or replacement filters. Advantages: Compact, powerful, anti-allergy, picks up pet hair
Disadvantages: Quite loud

...not as heavy as older Dyson models or as noisy (although still fairly loud) and it comes with a range of attachments which are easy to fit and remove and which make it easy to clean the car upholstery and stairs.
