Playing a lot of squash, I decided to start taking Creatine, a natural, legal supplement that enhances fitness, strength, and stamina.
After loading up and following guidelines and advice from a 'Creatine expert' I found that my strength, stamina, and ability increased overnight. I couldn't believe it, so I continued to use it. It was almost a miracle, and I continued to improve, became stronger and a lot more confident. It really does have a fantastic effect. Thus far I would recommend it to anybody.
Now the downside. After finishing the recommended course for a break, I became weaker than I was previously, again overnight, and felt like I couldn't do anything. I was very lethargic. My standard dropped, strength reduced, and I became a little aggressive. I didn't want to do anything but sleep. It was almost the negative for the positive I had experienced. I can not be sure that it was the fault of the Creatine, or a side effect, maybe just tiredness, but I do not anticipate taking it again.
However, it would be perfect for me if I were to take it near the end of a season as a final boost. I still believe that it is a very good supplement and if anybody decides to use it, good luck, and I hope you gain the benefits I did, but not the negatives.

It's true that you lose a hell of a lot of strength when you stop taking Creatine. Holland and Barrets do the best Creatine for £20 for 1000g during the special offer period.

really interesting, but becareful with how much you take-it is thought to cause heart problems in middle age.

How long did the aftereffects take to kick in, I stopped taking it about 3-4 weeks ago and suddenly, this week, I have got weaker. This happened to me last time and is, I think, the amount of time it takes for the extra creatine to leave your system. That said, I'm currently looking for some more as it does seem to work and I have suffered no side effects.
