if you want to be pushed whenever you train, then this is the supplement to have. it is extremely useful for all sports, and it acts like a piece of steak. just a spoonful of it, and you will be pushed hard to the limits. i sometimes doubt whether it will hurt me, but i have been taking it for 2 years, and i am as normal as ever. i think the talk on creatine is rubbish and should be ignored because this product is high intensity stuff. i would recommend it to anyone who plays physical sports, or wants to improve their fitness.
