I bought the Wii active sports after becoming bored with the Wii fit. I was also looking for a gym membership, but thought I would give this ago first. It is fantastic!

The box comes with a resistance band and a leg strap to place the nunchuck into.
I have currently started the 30 day challenge, where I am completing workouts with my new personal trainer.

So far I have completed a high intensity workout which was very challenging, so definately for anyone who thinks they are a gym bunny!

The low intensity work out is more toning, but the resistance band enables you to feel toned but not sweaty!

I have used this product for a week now and think it was well worth the money compared to a gym membership, my muscles are telling me so!
