...I have owned an Ebac2650e for over a month and wanted to give my feedback.
I have found the unit to be excellent overall. Performance wise we have gone from having serious condensation on our windows in the morning to have none or very little within one month.
Feature wise the 2650e is excellent. There are varying operating modes. All of these are controlled by the SmartControl which regulates the humidity of the room via a humidity sensor. This means you can power the unit on and leave it to do its job. The only intervention you need to make is to empty the water container (I find I need to empty it 1 every 1 or 2 days).
As suggested I have left the unit running in normal mode for the first 4 weeks of operation. This is designed to initially normalise the humidity of the house as much as possible.
I have now left the unit...

It's so pretty!! I ordered this phone because it was the cheapest phone in the Argos catalogue in the Orange section. I wasn't holding out much hope for it to be the kind of phone that you leave out on the table on purpose for people to see. I thought more
