...The Hyla is relatively new to Britain but is very popular in Europe where it has been sold for the last 17 years. It is so much more than a vacuum cleaner. I use it to clean all my soft furnishings and curtains as well as my carpets and mattresses. It can also be used to clean the air - it takes about 20 minutes to completely filter the air in an average sized room. It removes even microscopic dust particles as well as a large percentage of bacterial and fungal spores, so is THE machine to buy if you suffer from asthma or allergies. It has a large range of accessories that you can buy, such as a hard floor polisher or even a window washer. Most importantly it just uses tap water as a filter, which you empty out each time you use it and therefore get rid of all the nasties - instead of storing them in your regular vacuum cleaner... ...I have recently bought the air wick mobile air diffuser ,i bought it for around 5.00 pounds. I think but the prices do vary from shop to shop. Most supermarkets will sell them. It appealed to me as you could use it anywhere in the house as it is battery powered with a little fan inside it. You can get it in four frangrances lavendar and camomile . ( which is the one i had ) mandarin and green tea, Vanilla and orchid, lily and jasmine. The main reason i bought it is because i have got a kitten and i wanted it to go by the cats inclosed litter tray . Even though its changed everyday it can sometimes give off a whiff , so when i saw this i thought it would be ideal. ...I bought a wonderful cleaner. A vaporetto steam cleaner. This little machine is a marvel it cleans anything. I boughjt it originally to clean my carpets. It cleans them without leaving any ,marks or getting them wet. It cleans, sterilises and deodorises anything. IHighly reccomend it if you have animals, children, a kitchen or a bathroom. It is the easiest way to defrost your freezer, clean a greasy cooker, diinfect the toilet,or worktops, unblock sinks, and clean anywere without nasty chemicals.I have used it to clean the carpets after spilling coffee, no stains left. It cleans windows, tiles baths.In fact I haven't found anything that it will not clean. It works by generating a stream of high pressure steam, the safe thing is that only the 1" from the end of the tool gets hot, as soon as you are away from the end no heat or danger.... Read review
