"One of the presents that I bought my son for his first Christmas back in 2005 was a set of 100 play balls from the early learning centre as I thought they would be something he would have lots of fun with! This is my review of the product. At the time of buying I was able to buy a set of 100 blue play balls. For the purpose of this review I checked the early learning centre website to see if they are still available and they are now selling just ..." Read review

Let's 'Play-Ball'!

AdvantagesGorgeous pink playballs, far sturdier than you think they're going to be

DisadvantagesNone!

"...blue and yellow playballs. Enter ELC with their range of unusually coloured outdoor toys (unusual as in pink pretend lawnmowers and lime green 'handyman' sets), I found just the playballs I was after. Available in either the standard primary colours that you'd expect or the pretty pink set you can see above, these balls are supplied in a PVC-type zippable case and cost £9.89. Of course I chose the pink. Apart from the very sweet colour, these ..." Read review

A development toy that's on the ball

AdvantagesCheap, pretty, versatile, developmental

DisadvantagesUntidy as they the balls seem to roll off with minds of their own..

"...that makes sense. Although these ELC balls are listed as for 9 months and over, my little girl was given them at 8 months and has been playing with them ever since. At first we trialled given her just a few balls, and she wasn't sure about them, as they are lightweight but they also have a strange plastic feel to them which adults are accustomed to but babies perhaps are not. Initially she kept dropping the balls on the floor or out of reach and ..." Read review

Who couldn't have fun with these?

Advantagesbright coloured, soft, lots of fun

Disadvantages1 bag is not enough to recreate soft play at your own home

"When my littlest had his first christmas he was only 6 months old. Because his brother is only 18 months older I was finding it hard when relatives asked what they should get to come up with a new and worthwhile idea. Then it struck me, we could get a set of ballpool balls to add to the play experience of some other items we had. The set we got was £10 from the early learning centre. Our set was mixed balls with some silver balls. This set is still ..." Read review

Bags Full Of Fun!

"Having a big family of mostly children, family events can be a nightmare when they are bored. Overcoming this solution is hard when there are little boys and girls as there aren't many unisex toys around. However, when I brought a little bouncy castle earlier in the year to go with our over-ground swimming pool, I couldn't resist buying play balls to make the pool look prettier! I brought ours about 2 years ago or more when Early Learning Centre ..." Read review
