These pencils are easy to use and the lead doesn't break easily. It is also useful to have erasers on the end so it is quicker to rub out mistakes. However, I found that erasing mistakes with a seperate rubber worked better than the pencil rubber. They are also easy to sharpen without grinding away half the pencil before you get a decent point. They are easy to grip so writing is comfortable. They are good for writing and doodling and not too expensive as well.
