Advantages: Great sound and feel considering how inexpensive it is. Disadvantages: Not the highest quality guitar, but one musn't complain for it is pretty cheap.
I, myself, play a very diverse range of genres on guitar. One could find me playing metal, rock, funk, blues, classical (that's right, mozart, bach, etc.)- You get the idea. ESP is usually able to make all of those sound just find, regardless of which guitar you've purchased. This guitar is an ESP LTD. LTD is to ESP as Epiphone is to Gibson. This doesn't mean it's any less well constructed. For particular specs please look it up at musiciansfriend.com. If I had to compare the sound and feel of this guitar to another, I might compare it to one of the low-end Schecters. ESP and Schecter are both great for metal, specifically, which is why they are quite similar. The body of the newer model of this guitar looks very much like the Schecter Omen-6. Ephiphone is great brand .This guitar is good for all condition .This one had the biggest "bark" and was the easiest on the fingers.

About the quality this is Rivals the high-priced Gibson counterpart in sound and playability.
Is this the best acoustic in the world, NO. Would you see many artist on stage at a major venue playing this thing, probably not. BUT, for only $400 , it sounds DAMN GOOD, plays extremly well, and seeing how I doubt I will ever play a major venue, who cares if major artist aren't playing one.
